The MMF articulated a set of 9 concrete proposals for the 2023 Budget which in early September were presented in person to the Minister of Finance, and in October to the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure & Capital Projects during a meeting held at the Ministry.
The proposals are principally aimed at supporting the Industry and businesses within it to grow sustainably. The recommendations generally emphasise the need for better planning and stronger focus on the maritime industry and raising the industry higher up the national agenda.
