The MMF has four sub-committees focusing on specific objectives and targets:

• Education & Skills Sub-Committee – Chaired by Capt. Terence Farrugia

• Port Infrastructure Sub-Committee – Chaired by Mr Malcolm Custo’

• Statute Revision Sub-Committee – Chaired by Dr Ann Fenech

• External Relations Sub-Committee – Chaired by Mr Alex Montebello
